Scholar Ministries is deeply concerned over the divide in our country. We are losing the art of disagreeing agreeably. In an effort to practice and lead healthy conversations about issues we are passionate about, we have been talking about some controversial topics from a wide range of perspectives, but ALL from a Jesus-following standpoint.
We have liberal, conservative, and libertarian voices on political issues.
We have philosophical, psychological, and practical voices on social issues.
We have a degreed theologian, several Bible nerds and a couple of worship leaders’ voices on the religious issues.
Our only hope is that someone else out there can get as much out of this study as we do. Enjoy!

You have often heard good people say that the “battle” has already been won in reference to the fight between good and evil? This glib statement is used to encourage the faithful to not be stressed out, deeply concerned or flat-out frightened by the schemes of the Enemy.
Well, suck it up, Buttercup! The bible is rife with instructions on how to fight, when to fight, why to fight, and where to fight this all consuming, ever present battle! We are NOT descendants of fearful men OR women! It is time to raise up a fierce generation that knows the Word, the Weapons, and the Wisdom necessary to be courageous.
